Norwich Wine Week Uncorked will kick off a week-long celebration of wine. This event is a perfect chance to try a curated selection of wine from close to home and around the world. Meet some of the region’s best producers and merchants in the intimate setting of Dragon Hall. Indulge in specially selected food, and discover your new favourite tipple at this fun and informal event.

Adnams
Whilst Adnams is well known locally as a brewer, few people know that Adnams has actually been a wine merchant since 1874. Over the years, we’ve travelled far and wide to find likeminded wine producers, often winemaking families, who share our sustainability values and passion for exemplary wines. We’re extremely proud of the longstanding relationships we have with producers, we adore working with them and showcasing their great wines.
Our experienced buying team have carefully selected our wine range, to offer quality and flavour at a range of price points and palettes, you’re sure to find something you love. Our stores in Norwich are a great place to taste our wines and explore the range. The team are always happy to help and the tasting bar is always open. At Norwich Wine Week, we’ll showcase a curated range of some of our favourite wines that we think you’ll enjoy. Pop along for a taste!

Burn Valley Vineyard
Burn Valley Vineyard truly is a family project. Located on a family farm in North Creake, two sisters work alongside their brother who farms the land surrounding the vineyard. The idea of growing grapes was born in 2015 after a ‘eureka!’ moment from their father, John Robinson. The family are immensely proud to call Norfolk our home and wanted to capture its essence in a bottle.
Burn Valley aim to produce simply the best wines which can be enjoyed amongst your own friends and family.
Events are held at the winery throughout the year, including seasonal wine tastings, steak nights and summer jazz parties.

Chet Valley Vineyard
Since planting the first vines at Chet Valley Vineyard over a decade ago, owners John and Bridget Hemmant have worked tirelessly to manage the Norfolk winery with a uniquely sustainable philosophy, deeply rooted in respect for the natural elements of winemaking and their beautiful environment.
The result? A gorgeous natural space for visitors to explore, and a range of equally sustainable wine, and delectable bottles.

Chilli Willy’s
Chilli Willy’s is a Norfolk based company making handmade, gourmet chilli oil that will spice up your life and tantalise your tastebuds. Inspired by food and friends from around the world, Chilli Willy’s is full of bold, layered flavour and packs a spicy punch! It’s also vegan and gluten free!

Laylo
Sourced with a Master of Wine, from brilliant independent producers across Europe, Laylo wines are all about putting premium quality into eco-friendly, convenient formats (boxes and cans).

Substrata
Substrata Wines is a family microbusiness, owned and operated by brothers Benjamin & Tom Loudon. We import, distribute and retail low-intervention wines from small independent producers.
We only work with producers who grow their own grapes, without the use of systemic chemicals, and who have an active investment in the long term health of their soils.
We ship directly from five small producers – two in Barossa Valley, Australia; one in Saint-Chinian, the Languedoc, France; and two from Portugal – one from the Dão and one from Beira Baixa.
We started in 2019, after spending the 2018 harvest volunteering on organic vineyards in New Zealand and Australia, where we learnt that great wine begins underground.
